The platform
The whole revenue cycle, from the first ring to the final payment
Most billing companies start at claim submission. Much of the lost revenue starts earlier: a missed call, an unchecked benefit, an incomplete intake. We cover both ends and use automation everywhere it's faster than a person.
AI + people
Every claim, tracked from phone call to payment
Automation handles the repetitive work: eligibility checks, claim scrubbing, status follow-up and remit posting. Billing specialists handle the judgment calls: appeals, coding questions and payer escalations.
AI front desk
Answers every call, day or night, routes it to the right person and captures new-patient details.
Eligibility & auth
Coverage, copays and authorization requirements confirmed before the visit.
Denials, worked to zero
Every denial is categorized, appealed when it's worth it, and traced to a root cause so the same error doesn't come back next month.
Live reporting
Collections, denial reasons and A/R aging by provider and payer, plus a one-page monthly summary of what we did about each.
Coding review
Code selection, modifiers and medical-necessity support checked before claims go out.
Credentialing & contracting help
We can assist with payer enrollment, re-credentialing and payer contracting in every state you practice in. Quoted separately from billing.
Patient billing
Clear statements, online payments and payment plans that patients can follow.
Specialties
Tuned to how your specialty actually gets paid
We focus on procedure-heavy specialties, where authorizations, modifiers and high-dollar claims decide what you collect.

How much is your practice leaving uncollected?
Move the sliders to match your practice. This is an estimate from your own numbers, not a promise. The free audit gives you the real figure.
AI front desk
Revenue starts with the call you didn't miss
A missed call from a new patient is revenue that never reaches a claim. Our AI receptionist, delivered with CuraVoice, answers every call in a natural voice. It routes callers to the right staff member, takes new-patient details and flags anything urgent. Your team sees every conversation with a summary.
- Answers after hours, at lunch and during the morning rush
- Routes calls to the right provider or staff member
- Captures intake details and insurance before the first visit
- Every call logged, summarized and searchable

FAQ
Questions practices ask us
How long have you been doing this?
We have been in medical billing for 30 years, and our staff brings more than 200 years of combined billing experience. The AI front desk and automation are newer; the billing expertise behind them is not.
How much does it cost?
Most practices pay a percentage of what we collect, and the rate depends on specialty, volume and scope. The AI front desk is priced separately by usage, and credentialing or contracting help is quoted separately. You'll get a written quote after the free audit.
Do you handle credentialing and payer contracting?
We can assist with both: payer enrollment and re-credentialing for your providers, and payer contracting. They aren't included in the billing service; we scope and quote them separately.
Do you work with practices in my state?
Yes. We work remotely with practices in all 50 states and follow the payer rules that differ from state to state.
Do we have to change our EHR?
No. We work inside the system you already use.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. After onboarding, the agreement runs month to month with a written notice period.
How do you protect patient information?
We sign a Business Associate Agreement before any data is shared, use only the access we need, and never take patient information through this website or by email.
Can you clean up old A/R from our last biller?
Yes. Backlog recovery is part of onboarding. We prioritize claims that are still within timely-filing and appeal windows.
